As part of the traditional Development Day, a training seminar was held for civil servants in Zhanaozen on the topic: “Team Building,” “Successful Communication Skills of a Public Servant”.
During the training, topical issues were discussed, such as explaining to civil servants the importance of teamwork, mastering teamwork skills to improve work efficiency and developing communicative competencies of civil servants, effective communication skills with colleagues and other interested parties.
The seminar was opened with a welcoming speech by the head of the akim of the city Zhanaozen Kaiyrbek Kusainov and director of the Mangystau branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of philosophical sciences, professor Aigul Demeuova. Trainings by teachers of the branch of the candidate of philological sciences, associate professor B. Akberdyev, master of management S. Temirov were informative and exciting.
